All warranties and repairs for Habys products sold by Kaise Co., Ltd. will be handled by Kaise Co., Ltd.
Products are serial number controlled and warranties apply only if owned by the original purchaser.
We can accept export sales for purchasers from outside Japan, but the warranty and repairs provided by Kaise Co., Ltd. will not apply.
The warranty is based on Habys' Warranty Conditions, and whether or not a product is covered by the warranty is at the discretion of Habys.
The product comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty applies to inherent defects in the product's manufacturing and construction, and does not apply to failures or malfunctions caused by other external or environmental factors.
International shipping fees and customs duties incurred in relation to repairs or replacement of parts will be borne by the customer.
