The sales price and shipping fee on the product page are displayed excluding tax before purchasing the product. Tax will be added once you confirm your purchase and add the item to your cart . Please refer to the "Details" section of each product page for prices excluding/including consumption tax.

*Shipping fee is 680 yen (tax included) for size 60.

• Payment timing and method

You can pay by credit card.

For payments other than credit cards, please contact us via the Contact page on our website. (For bank transfers, please make payment within 7 days of the invoice being issued.)

• Product delivery time

When you pick up your item:

If you pay by credit card, your order will be shipped within 4-7 days after your order is confirmed, and if you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped within 4-7 days after your payment is confirmed.

This does not apply during the New Year's holiday period, Obon, or Golden Week.

• Return and Refund Policy

If our original product stand adapter does not fit your bicycle, please return it.

If you receive a product that is different from your order or is defective, please return it. However, if you receive a HABYS product, the warranty will be in accordance with the product description.

For returns, please contact us in advance by message, email, or phone number. We cannot accept returns without prior notice, so please understand.

Please contact us within two weeks of receiving the product and return it by cash on delivery. We will not accept returns after two weeks and one day.

• Product sales conditions

We only accept domestic shipping sales.

If we are unable to secure stock, we will post information on each product page about upcoming sales or sales end dates.

• Fees other than the product price

Shipping charges for our original products are free.

For HABYS products, shipping charges will be charged according to the package size/weight.
